LSV’s vs. golf carts?
Golf carts can not be driven more than 4 miles from your house, can not drive 25mph and most importantly can not be driven after dark! Low Speed Vehicles do not have those restrictions. In the past, police could only give out warnings concerning those regulations but as of November 19th, 2018, they have a citation code to be able to give out tickets to golf cart law violaters.
